One Naughty Christmas Night by Janet Berry

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One Naughty Christmas Night is a beautifully written, sensual friends-to-lovers Christmas romance.  Heath and Victoria have been best friends since childhood.  However, both are shocked when they find themselves in a passionate embrace.  Through the next few days leading up to Christmas, the couple decides to explore these feelings of desire.  The couple thinks they will be able to go back to how things were, but emotions and passions can easily change and thrive during the magic of Christmas.

The descriptions of the festively decorated rooms are so vivid the reader finds themselves immersed in the holiday.  Heath and Victoria are gorgeously written characters both with insecurities and a great capacity to love.  The plot was fast-moving and well developed for a short novella.  I loved how the author took a thriving, mature friendship and deepened it with a genuine passion that leads to undeniable love.

The couple’s journey from loving each other to being in love is exquisite.  The story is heart-warming and fiery.  Janet Berry has written a clever, sentimental, heart-pounding story about two loving, caring friends whose connection deepens into something profound.  This story showcases how sometimes what we have been ardently searching for has been in front of us the entire time.  The embers burn brighter and brighter between Heath and Victoria as the story progresses.  Their journey into bourgeoning love enchanted me.  This is a brilliant story about finding something precious in a most magical season.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book through the author.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.
