⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ruby Earnston discovers time travel and goes back to Regency London to meet her distant relatives and experience a season. There she meets a duke, Carter Folley, and sparks fly. Carter and Ruby’s journey is difficult, forged in deceit, yet the burgeoning love between the two is tangible. The path the couple takes while falling in love is romantically passionate. There is a direct connection between the two that is electric. The book’s last quarter propels the entire novel into a great read. The conclusion and epilogue were superb.
I do not read many time travel books. However, I have read To Win A Highland Scot, which is by this same author. I connected to that book and its characters more. I felt Carter and Ruby’s story was still captivating. The plot moved well, and there were many twists, turns, and obstacles for the couple to face to reach their happily-ever-after. A Stolen Season: London is the third book in the A Stolen Season series. This book can easily be read as a stand-alone. Tamara Gill has again combined the fantastical with romance to create a truly stunning book.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book through the author. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
