Bewitched By A Miss by Jane Charles

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I enjoyed this captivating, whimsical, paranormal romance set in Regency England. Damon comes from a family where the females are witches. Damon is guardian to his three orphan nieces. He must travel with his nieces and mother to their ancestral home. Cordelia is obsessed with her new neighbors and their home at first sight. The bond of friendship and trust between Damon and Cordelia is almost immediate.

Both Damon and Cordelia had sparkling, vivid personalities. They were both intelligent, empathetic, and protective of their siblings. Damon and Cordelia’s bond feels supernatural as it happens so suddenly and urgently. The attraction between the couple is undeniable. I loved the waltz scene!

There were moments where the plot seemed to lag just a little, but the story kept my interest and was romantic and entertaining. The supernatural elements seemed natural and not forced. The characters were authentic. Bewitched By A Miss is the fifth book in the Magic And Mayhem series. I needed a break from the average romance, and this book delivered this and much more. I was captivated by Damon and Cordelia’s romance. I feel this series is a great jumping-off point for someone who wants a little of the unexpected in their book!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book through the author. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
