I enjoyed the journey of Grady and Ashley’s romance. Grady is heir to a Dukedom and a gaming hell owner (so, of course, I instantly love him!). Grady agrees to take sheltered Ashley to “real” places in London. The two battle a rocky road to happiness.
I loved Grady’s personality. His protectiveness towards his mother was heart-warming. Ashley was pampered and sheltered, but I liked that she wanted to have experiences that broadened her view of the world. I wish Ashley could have handled the rumors around Grady more maturely. The couple’s sensual connection was fiery hot. Their adventures around London were fun to read.
The plot flowed smoothly. It kept my attention and interest. Of course, Grady being a gaming hell owner (if you follow me, you know that’s my favorite!), endeared him to me. Every Duke Has A Silver Lining in the fourth book in The Wayward Woodvilles series. Grady and Ashley’s story is my favorite in the series so far. Great job, Tamara Gill, creating characters I cared about and a storyline that kept me reading until late in the night!
