Made For The Marquess by Alexa Aston

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Percy and Minta’s romance was turbulent but passionate. I loved Percy. Percy was damaged from the war; nightmares terrorized him. Percy was reserved and shy. Minta was Percy’s opposite. Having her come-out postponed, Minta is attending the season looking for a husband but not necessarily love – until she meets Percy.

Percy and Minta’s courtship starts off rocky and evolves into a disaster. The plot flowed well, and the primary and secondary characters were vivid and lovable. Made For The Marquess is the fourth book in the Second Sons Of London series. I read this book as a stand-alone, but I enjoyed it enough to go back and read the previous books in the series. I loved the premise of these friends who are second sons that inherit the title when the first son dies. The bond and camaraderie between the friends are fun to read. Alexa Aston has done a fantastic job creating a group of characters I care about and a romance I can invest in.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book through Netgalley and the publisher. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
