The Baron And The Bluestocking is a sweet, cute, easy-to-read romance. At first, it seems that Alex and Tillie are opposites. Tillie thinks Alex only sees her as his best friend’s troublesome, wild sister. As the house party unfolds, the couple finds common ground and kindred spirits.
Alex’s interests are in astrology and Tillie’s is entomology. However, in entirely different sciences, their passion and intelligence spark a connection that quickly evolves into love. I enjoyed how Alex not only allowed Tillie to be herself, he actively sought to help her in her studies. Alex and Tillie have perfect chemistry.
The Baron And The Bluestocking is the third book in the Matchmaking On The Marriage Mart series. Alex and Tillie’s romance was unconventional and unusual. The plot centers around the couple getting to know each other and learning how to express their feelings. This is a short, fun romance that will make you smile. Katherine Ann Madison delivers yet another lovely, smart, tender romance.
