⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have read many Lords Of Scandal books, and King Of Thieves is my favorite. I loved the change of scenery to Scotland, and I enjoyed this more character-driven plot. The story focuses on Angus and Pippa’s burgeoning relationship, and both characters shine brightly.
Pippa finds herself in a difficult situation due to her brother, and Angus becomes her reluctant champion. Pippa had such a loving, giving, forgiving spirit. She had a way of understanding others better than they knew themselves. Angus carries a lot of guilt; Pippa’s love helps Angus sort through his complex emotions and helps him become a better man. Angus is very much a free spirit, fearing that going home to Scotland would stifle him, but with Pippa’s guidance, he finds belonging and contentment.
The plot moved quickly and caught my attention instantaneously. The story was unique and memorable for this series. The fiery connection between Angus and Pippa was undeniable. King Of Thieves is the twenty-first book in the Lords Of Scandals series. Tammy Andresen has created a fresh new take on the Lords Of Scandal. King Of Thieves was unique and grabbed my attention. I had been looking forward to Angus’ story, which exceeded my expectations.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book through the author. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
