Total Eclipse Of The Moon is the third book in The Crown’s Wolves series by Zoe Forward. This is Shane’s story. The Lanzo brothers are lycans who are cursed; on top of that, Shane is possessed by a demon. The only person who can lift the curse is the one who placed it, a witch named Madeline. The Lanzo brothers have made it their goal to hunt Madeline down and have her reverse the spell – no matter the consequences to her. When Shane discovers his attraction and fascination for Madeline, he knows nothing good will come.
This is an ongoing story but can be read as a stand-alone novel. There is enough backstory where the reader won’t be confused but not too much that it takes away from the main plot. Poor Shane and Madeline! They are both caught up in machinations beyond their control. Despite all the craziness around them, Shane and Madeline have a quirky, passionate romance. Let’s face it: a demon-possessed lycan and a witch will have a complicated relationship! I enjoyed all the colorful secondary characters. The plot was intricate and was filled with action and intrigue.
Shane and Madeline’s adventure was a fun roller coaster ride of a read! Zoe Forward is quite the talent in the paranormal romance genre. This was an eclectic, fascinating, engaging novel that keeps the reader on the edge of their seat! I highly recommend this series.
