I have adored every Maxwell sister’s story in the Seasons Of Love series. Rush and Serena’s story is another excellent addition. Rush desperately needs a dowry to help keep his bankrupt earldom afloat. Lady Serena has that dowry; however, she looks for a kindred spirit to embrace her wild nature and eccentricities. Serena fears Rush too dull and stuffy to be husband material. Rush knows he should find another lady to court due to Serena avoiding him. The thing is that Rush and Serena are inexplicably drawn to each other. I loved how the couple kept surprising each other with different aspects of their personalities. I enjoyed how Rush embraced Serena’s uniqueness. Serena is skittish, yet I related to her desire to be loved for herself.
The couple’s journey to love was a joy to read! The plot allowed for the characters to develop at a believable speed. The story kept my interest, and I found the characters relatable. A Snowfall Sleigh Ride For Lady Serena is the third book in the Seasons Of Love series. The authors have created a magical world full of energy and romance. This was a sweet, heartfelt read.
